Default eaton gas cap

How do you take a 30/31 Eaton stainless gas cap apart for restoration? This is the two piece type with the stainless outer shell pressed on the inner part. I think there was an article in one of the national club magazines but I can't find it.

That is great for someone who was a MARC member at that time. It is useless to anyone else though.

I agree. I have been a member but only for the last couple of years. I have been on the MARC website and don't see a way to order back copies of the Model A News.

Perhaps you could post a request for someone who DOES have that issue to send you a copy?
