Smile original motor mounts or Float-a-Motor

I have made an attempt to install the model a engine in my newly built A chassi. I'm having a rough time lowering it into the rear original motor mounts having installed new mount pads. What is the correct sequence in installing the engine, should the front yoke motor mount be installed and lowered in the frame first then push toward the rear axel.

Any help on this appreciated,
