Default Vacuum wiper...HELP!!!

Hi all!

Today its rains in Buenos Aires and my vacuum wiper is not working.
I attach some pictures how it is and I would like you guide me. I noticed that if I connect from intake manifold directly it work but without wiper blades but if I connect everything as shown in picture not work I must help it manually.
Tomorrow I will open the vacuum motor and see what is wrong if you prefer I can attach pictures.

Thank for reading

Try this, it is for a different auto make but is applicable to all.

Hola!

Hary.

Dear Friends!
Here is a video starting engine and testing motor vacuum wiper. At the beginning I helped it to start after that you can see engine was accelerated and It stopped.
I need your opinion about video, now stop raining in Buenos Aires, wiper was already installed without blades now I will test it tomorrow all together.

Thank for posting!

Your video is private so that we can't see it. You will need to make it public for us to see it. I'd like to see it.
