Default Fired up!

I had my 39 pickup torn down to the bare frame and have been painting, repairing and adjusting everything as I reassemble the pile of parts into a moving mass of iron and steel. This afternoon I fired up the engine for the first time since last March. Whether you have done a complete rebuild or just torn down and reassembled, there is no feeling like the feeling that you get when you fire up a long slumbering V8!!

Congrats on starting your engine. Right now I am feeling happy and satisfied just like you. I started my rebuilt engine on Monday.

Looking very good Bill! There is nothing like the thrill of firing up a rebuilt flatty for the first time.
