It's a Pinto or Mustang II. Can't tell if it's an original unit or an aftermarket crossmember. It's in the '71-'80 range.

Looks to be original pinto/ must 2 . Same for the lower control arms .
Early pinto's had a unique Cali. , just found that out the hard way . I thought all were the same . Live and learn .

That is an aftermarket Mustang II crossmember with original MII lower arms.
