Default 59a on regular style engine stand.

Hi, i have a flathead specific engine stand at home which i keep my motor on, my engine builder has my motor a59a, im having it rebuilt at the moment. Now he has it on a regular stand bolted directly to the back of the block and would proclaim theres nothing wrong with that. Now i want to know, just how likely is loosing the thing on the floor? it'd be tragic.

I had one mounted that way for several months, but it was just the short block.
I do much prefer the side mount though.

I think you meant to post on the early V8 forum. It doesn't sound like a problem to me though.
