The lug nuts that are domed are referred to as ACORN NUTS. The A chassis uses conventional RH threads. If all studs are replaced by using L left hand studs your good, Just turn them the other way. If some are R and some are L , Your screwed with acorn nuts but lucky if conventional nuts. The 20t press is usually insufficient, No matter. the press won't help if you don't have the correct Jig to use in the press and almost no shops have the jig - Old technology. You need to have someone who knows As to evaluate the hubs an mic. the drums.

I have seen modern "wheel locks" (the lug with wavy lines cut to fit a "key" tool) removed by stretching the stud to undo the resistance between the lug and the wheel when the "key" tool was lost. A big f hammer and chisel was used to bend the lug from side to side thereby stretching the stud. It cam off so fast it was a shocking surprise. It's just a thought I had.

I did finally get them off after soaking. They were left handed threads. I'll try to find another drum. Thanks guys.

It may have to attempt to get the hub loose, if you can’t get a puller in through the wheel hubcap hole you might have to loosen the axle but and try driving around the Blick to loosen the hub.

If you can get the hub off you can pull the drum and wheel as one and see what’s going on with the hub studs. If they are turning you may have to put a weld at a couple of points on the stud to hold it so it won’t turn.

Just a thought... have had to do it a few times....

If the hub and drum are good you can just have the studs replaced w/the proper ones.
