Hi,
when i replaced my 41 convert back on the frame i purchased a kit. I noticed some of the pieces did,nt have mount holes. I figgured the parts that did,nt have holes were just pads. That is, the body just sat on them. To insure the pads did,t want to wander off, i glued them in place. As i remember the kit did,t have any washers. I used all stainless steel nuts and bolts.
I hope this helps.
