5 inch quad instruments for 34

Does anyone know of a street rod catalogue that lists 5 inch quad instruments for a 34? They fit in a special aluminum panel and have a 5 inch electronic speedometer and a quad set(oil,temp,gas,voltage) in the other 5 inch hole?Thanks guys! James
