Default V8 distributors

Since more than one year distributor can fit on the 1941 super deluxe coupe, how can I find out which one really belongs on the car. I'm eliminating the Mallory. John

Thanks ken for the Telly call and reminding me that I have the correct distributor. I've been going out straight with wife's test at doctors so I forget sometimes you understand. IS THERE A BOOK SHOWING INTERCHANGEABLE PARTS FOR FLAT HEAD FORDS..?

Just about everything interchanges on the 24 stud engines. You just have to know what parts to use. Just tell us what your doing and we'll talk you through it. Walt

Thanks Walt , I just wanted to know if such a book existed. Someone mentioned a green book? I know on model a's there is such a book
