Wink door seal

Is there a door seal for a 1930 model A cc pickup and if so how large is the welt?? and is there pics of this? One other thing that has nothing to do with building the truck, I have been trying to put pic's on but I don't know how. How dumb I am. Can some one help me?

Dwight,

Is you 1930 Model A CCPU body the January-June 1930 body style (28-29) or is the the later body style?

Sorry...can not help you with posting photos but had a good mentor in Will Langford from the Sooner chapter.

I've been told by the family that first own it that it is a late 1930.. I have found that a lot of the parts that they gave me are both early and late. Sorry thats the best I have. I'm about 90% done..

I would contact Neil Wilson who heads up the Ford Model AA Truck Club...He has done extensive research on a lot of "Ford AA Truck" stuff and maybe he can tell you for sure...see his website in the above Sticky.

Pickup cab bodies were the same a truck cab bodies...But you knew that already...correct?

Here you go: 4. www.fmaatc.org Ford Model AA Truck Club (National Club) (FMAATC)

the door is sealed by the wind lacing, which is held in place by the interior panel nails and snaps above and behind the door, and fits in a slot on the door in front of the glass, and behind the door panel below the window
