Default Fog lights for a 1950 F-1?

On the tops of my front frame rails(behind where the bumper would bolt on) there are rusted down nubs with a nut(or bolt) on the back side. Would these have been factory mounted fog lights perhaps? If so, what brand and style would they have been? I saw a set at a swap meet and almost snagged them, but have no clue what they should look like.

I believe you would be wanting to get Unity fog lamps. They came with a crest for different makes, though I can't say for sure if fog lamps still had the crest that late.

I don't think there was such thing as 'factory' foglights. Could be holes for a grille guard that was there. I have holes in the same spot that my grille guard mounts to (check my album).

Lots of times stuff got bolted to these old trucks, got rusted on, then got torched off.

No, not factory, but I believe they were authorized accessories.

If there were fog lamps mounted, they could of been a set of accessory lamps that were offered as a dealer installed kit. It was a campaign by Ford to boost profits on vehicles by selling stuff over the counter. They could have been aftermarket lamps offered by one of many suppliers that competed back then for the dollar you wanted to spend. it's been a long time since new, so most anything could have been mounted there.

Could have been used for turn signals?
