Default Bowers Ceramite 18mm plugs

Hello all and a Happy Easter. My old 1935 21 stud V8 had Bowers Ceramite 18mm plugs when I began the restoration.

It had not been run since 1955 from what I know.

The plugs look surprisingly good.

I am running NGK's now without issue.

I've been tempted to try out the Bowers.

Figured I'd ask here first if anyone has any stories about the Bowers.

Take care!

The roots of General Battery can be traced to 1921, when Bowers Battery & Spark Plug Co. was founded in Reading by Clarence P. Bowers. Bowers sold it in 1956 and it was renamed General Battery and Ceramic. General Battery was bought by Exide in 1987.
