Default Help me with '38 sealed headlight rings

I have a ’38 One Ton truck which has sealed beam headlights. I’m lead to believe that this may be a conversion, but I’d like to stick with it anyway. The problem is finding some replacement parts. I have the large buckets (in great shape) that everything is seated in, but there is a 4 “ring” system towards the front that the bulbs fit some parts of which I need to replace. I have the front most decorative headlamp “door” assemblies or rims (13001) (in great shape). The inner “buckets” that support the bulb from the rear are in reasonable workable shape. It’s the front retaining ring (13018) and a ring that fits around that as a spacer immediately under the outer “door” that I need to replace. The retaining rings that I’ve found look little like what I have, and I haven’t found that spacer ring at all.
I’d appreciate any help with diagrams of what I have or possible sources for these parts. I’ve gone through the catalogs of most of the common suppliers.
I’ve attached some pictures.
Thanks, Bob
