It has been said before but, just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Re: What would Henry think ??
Just think how many "more normal" cars a guy could've built with that time & money.

Re: What would Henry think ??
It wouldn't be my choice for a model A but there are plenty model A tudors out there that a person can buy and fix the way that they like .

That's not even a Model A anymore...
On a different note, can they even see out the windshield? |

Re: What would Henry think ??
It reminds me of some of the wild paint jobs on 60s show cars. I doubt Henry would have liked it because he wasn't into frilly cosmetics. But one thing the purists overlook is he was a hot-rodder at heart. He didn't care about "authenticity" - he was always tinkering with his cars, trying to improve them. Sometimes successfully, sometimes not.

I love a nice hot rod as well as the next guy, but that car is just plain Fugly.

Re: What would Henry think ??
Very well said. Just because it's different (way different!) than when Henry authorized it in 1930, doesn't necessarily mean Henry wouldn't appreciate it today if he was alive. After all, Henry had a lot of ideas that were considered extreme back in the day.
