Gilmore
I live in So. Calif. Went on a road trip. My wife is into taking pictures and writing blogs. She just finished the one about Gilmore Museum. Looking at it we have to back again. We have been to the ones on the west coast, but the Gilmore is the best.

The Gilmore is in a class by itself.

Re: Gilmore
Had a visit to the Gilmore Museum on my "Bucket List" now it's checked off! What a wonderful experience and a definite must see. Was told it would take 3 hours to see every thing, well 3 hours later I was barely half way through. I certainly enjoyed every nook and cranny, beautiful Michigan countryside and well worth the trip. Re: Gilmore
I'm planning to go back and see what I missed while there this past June, either before, or after the '19 CNM in Auburn, Indiana.

Re: Gilmore
I really enjoyed this campus. Good grub at the diner, and you can park in front if you're there on the right day, I guess. Stanley on a slant is a hoot! GTO inside the front door to get your oil pressure up. Lotsa Lincoln, Model A, Pierce-Arrow, and hood ornaments. Definitely a good trip. Plus it's in the sticks and is a pleasant drive from Kalamazoo, where we staged from.
In that last photo I'm fixing to take a guy and his grandson for a spin around the grounds. I don't think they knew I was there visiting just like them. But I love taking people for rides in my car, and letting them drive too sometimes.
