Default '30 rear center clip

I am starting to put in a LB interior in my roadster body. The directions talk about a rear center clip that I need to order separately and drill holes for.
What is the clip for? I will call LB tommorrow but I thought some one could help me tonight. What is the spacing of the holes?

Thanks

I'm not sure what they are talking about but this is a good opportunity to refer you to Marco's site: abarnyard.com
Lots of amazing info on restoring roadsters.

Marco's site does show a picture of the clip but what is it for and do I need it.
I find it strange that LB does not include it with their interior kit.

It is for the rear curtain light (rear window) strap.
