I'm not sure if bottoms are available, but I'd be more likely to buy doors "AS IS" rather than ones that have been worked on. The time and cost of materials may never be recovered. I'd just advertize them as they are. Bob

The Quality of the patch panels can be very Poor !!!!
You might find that the doors are worth less if repaired with them!! Roadster 62 is right sell them like they are !!! John Cochran |

No they are not reproduced. I have made them up for my 68c which are just shorter versions of the Vicky doors. I have pictures on my web site. I can tell you that you will need a metal break capable of doing fine bends.
You may also need an E wheel to put the compound curve on the front patch depending on how far up you go. I did mine by hand and it was not easy. Any taller a patch and I would have had to do something different. |

Part A41000821V is the door bottom outer patch panel. Less than $50/pair. These have a lousy (too short) bottom reveal. |

Guys thanks for your suggestions and information.I have decided to sell the doors like they are. I too like to see something the way it is before any work is done. That way nothing is covered up with primer.
I listed 1 out of 3 Vicky doors on eBay today. Again thanks for your help! |
