I live in Toledo area. Actually temperance Michigan 5 miles from Toledo I never heard of this show and lived here my whole life (45 years) is this open to a 1956 F100?

This event is the MARC National Meet. it usually is held in a different town each year. It has been held several times at French lick , Indiana , Williamsburg , Madison Wi , Grand Rapids Mi , and many other places. It is for mostly any and all Model A Fords. You should be a member of MARC but it wouldn't hurt to drive over and see more Model A Fords in one place than most any other place this month. Norm

To answer your question without asking another question to your question...No, it is not open for 1956 F100's BUT like G and N Farms says...drive it over and see the A's...maybe...just maybe after viewing all the Model A's at the meet you might want one yourself and join in on the great fellowship of Model'Aing!

Sorry for my ignorance. I just never heard of the MARC. I live in the Toledo Ohio area so I just now seen this thread. I also have a 1947 ford cab over and a 2016 GT350 Shelby. I'd love to have a model A or AA. I'll have to check out the show. Sorry if I offended anyone.

MARC stands for Model A Restorers Club and takes in all A's and AA's. In other words Ford models from 1928 through 1931 and a few months before and after.

You have a nice looking pickup and it would have fit right in with the "Backs to the 50's" that just ended yesterday at the Minnesota state fairgrounds. Over 12,000 cars from all over the U.S. through 1964, but nothing newer. It's a lot of rod and custom jobs, but there are also many nice original and restored cars and trucks there. I went to the swap meet yesterday, but the only Model A part I bought was a gas tank valve with a filter screen in it. I'll restore it for a spare part. Next year I'll probably preregister my Model A or 1950 Studebaker for $30 and spend all 3 days there. The $30 admits your 1964 and older car and two people to the grounds for all 3 days. It's a good time get together with old cars and period music.

I'm not sure. I had a tree come down a week ago during the heavy rain and wind. I just finally got done cleaning up the mess on Saturday, so this put me another week behind in things I need to get done.
Too bad I'm not the government so I could create committees to do the work.

I made French Lick two years ago. Had to help a guy on his car today, so now I'm more behind. I need to get back to my Model A engine that I was cleaning up a few days ago, so I can get that installed.
