I'd love to know the history of the car. Thanks for posting.

I did some work on the truck for its current owner. It is a roadster body from the doors forward and the box is an authentic insulated ice box.

Beautiful truck, but do you carry ice cream in it? I'm sure it would be a big hit at car shows.

You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream! When I was a kid the ice cream truck came around at nap time, mom wasn’t very happy. Mom told the driver to not come by at that time, come by after supper, he did and it was a nice cool treat

Beautiful truck. Notice the exhaust pipe all the way to the back. Wish I could see it in person.

Here's a photo of that Good Humor vehicle during restoration:

Two different trucks here. The one Mercman posted is rounder with bumperettes

I scream etc in Down By Law in which a prison poker game plus that silly rhyme almost starts a riot.

Or when it was restored they guy used a different bumper.....
From the restoration picture Also due to the color I'd suspect the original cowl/tank/firewall wasn't good enough to use.

Dave is right, they are two different trucks. The one in the black and white photos has body details that the newly restored version does not. The details in the rear body are noticeably different and can't simply be changed like a bumper or cowl can.
