Default Dash lights

53 Ford Ranchwagon..Trying to figure out where the common connection would be for the dash lights. I have the wiring diagram, and I see a circle where the light wires converge, but can't tell where or what it is. I plan on making my own connection, but just wondering what the diagram is showing..I know which terminal is the dash light terminal on the switch. Thanks..Tommy

No, I am thinking of an actual wire splice. Done during the manufacturing of the dash wire harness. Wires spliced before being wrapped in the exterior wire loom covering.
