Default Reverse eye spring shock question

I put in reverse eye spring on my 52 F1. The other day while doing oil change, I noticed my passenger shock was leaking. I’m thinking it went bad cause reverse eye lower front end 2-3 inches.

Local Napa won’t go though their stock to find shocks two inches shorter than what 52 F-1 called for.

Anyone know the right shock for 52 F1 with reverse eye?

Need to know the center to center measurement from the upper mounting point to lower mounting point. Also need to know how they mount. I suspect they have an eye on each end. I have some shock books and can probably tell you what you need.

i used Monroe 5752 on my 1941 1/2 ton because it collapses to around 8" and extends to over 12". Check your mount to mount measurements. You might also try Speedway/ Pete and Jakes Hotrod shocks. Hope that helps.

If I was going for new shocks I would check the travel you need, full up and full down of suspension travel. Your current mounts may not be located far enough apart. And then again they may be fine, but I would want to check before going to the effort to locate new shocks and install them.

I didn't save the catalog, there is one showing all the measurements.
you may be able to find a store or someone who has the book.
