Re: Insurance
You don't really know how good your insurance company and its coverage is until the unfortunate time comes when you need to deal with their claims department.

Re: Insurance
J.C.Taylor 35 cars $3,500.00 a year. The only claims I
had was after a hurricane and they wrote the check right on the spot. Found some thing later they missed and they paid right up. G.M.

Re: Insurance
As a J.c. Taylor customer for more than fifty years and like G.M., on their 'large lines' list, my experience has been hassle free with never a quibble over valuations or any other aspect of the coverage.

Re: Insurance
I've had Grundy for nearly 20 years. Two claims during that time and both handled quickly and without hassles of any kind. One claim was a total loss on a '32 five window coupe. Agreed value was honored and salvage value was set very fairly. I bought the car back at salvage value and still have it today. My only complaint is their website is somewhat clunky, but that could be me!

Re: Insurance
I also changed from Condon & Skelly after 10 yrs & went to Hagerty. For me cost was about the same but C & S started getting more & more restrictive on driving & garaging especially with overnite trips to various cruise nites & my vacation house. Long story short Hagerty has great reputation & the actually seem to want u to drive your Rides! I brought up overnites with no garage & Hagerty had no problem even with the amount of time away from home garage, as long as u have off street parking on overnites which I do.
