Re: model a tire pressure
On my 30 deluxe delivery and my 28 station wagon I run 35lbs in front and 40lbs on the rear. When loaded for tours they're both heavier in the rear. works good.

41plym,
The owners manual suggests 35 lbs. A reproduction of the manual is available from the Model A suppiers for a small charge. Lots of good info inside ! Marc |

Re: model a tire pressure
also for old timers tire pressure-advice is based on load in the tire.
I once got hold of the formula for radial tires, but the basic formula is introduced in 1928 for diagonal tires, and later chanched for radial tires in its power used . So if you can give actual load on tires and kind of tires, I can calculate the needed pressure for you . 2ply is probably pressure needed for the maximum load of lower then 35 psi but I can be wrong about that. 35 psi is what is used for P-tires radial , and is called B-load , so I interpolated of 6ply/C-load 50 psi , 8ply/D-load 65 psi. I think there does not have to be an adding for above 99m/h , also no adding for camber-angle ( alighment tires like this on the axle /-\ instead of |-|. |
