Default Kudos to one of our vendors

There is so often venom directed at our vendors, I thought I'd share a positive story.
I recently had a 2 year old Powermaster 12v starter quit on me, so I sent them an email asking about whether they have repair components available, seeing as how it is out of warranty. To my surprise, within a day, I received a call from John Babcock @ Powermaster who says "send it to us and we'll repair it at no charge". So, off it goes and only five days after they receive it, I get an email from John saying that it is on its way back to me, repaired.
Guys, this is how I'd stand behind a product if it was something I'd made and I'm certain you'd do the same. It's treatment of a customer the way you'd like to be treated.
Pretty rare these days.
