drum-disc master cylinder for 40
I apologise if this is a well beaten horse but I am still confused. I have speedway discs on the front of my project forty. It's a rolling chassis-body off frame. I'm ready to move on with a master cylinder and lines. My question is which cylinder and what pitfalls to avoid. Thanks.

Two companies that specialize on braking systems are Master Power Brakes, 888-251-2353 and ECI, 860-872-7046, both can answer any of your brake related questions. Remember you must also consider installation of other brake components such as a combination valve, metering valve and residual valves if required.

Re: drum-disc master cylinder for 40
Might have better luck asking a disc brake question on the HAMB. Mustang master cylinders are popular, but so are others. Just make sure it is for disc/drum. Need to know if your MC has internal residual vales or if you need to add them, also a lot depends on the MC mounting location. If you are using Speedway disc brakes why are you not using their recommended MC? Speedway has a lot of information in the catalog on brake setup.
