Default 41 original spare tire

I have the original 41 spare tire and rim still in the trunk (amazingly still holds air) of my car should I ???

Replace it with the other 4 tires and get the rim painted and pinstripped?

Or

Find a new rim get it painted and mount the new tire on it?

This sounds idiotic and is but there is a piece of me says save the history

I switched to “15 rims and tires, so I left the original in the trunk and added another spare, still have plenty of room left in the trunk.

Ok will get looking for a 41 rim as suggested . I’ll change the other 4 now because the car is not that safe with the existing tires. When I find a good rim I’ll make the swap and preserve some history

Times 4. Definitely cool to have the original spare; keep it by all means and keep it original, don't touch it. It's only original once and you'll never find another. But whatever you do, don't drive on it. It's wickedly unsafe. The highest quality tires in the world are bad risks if they're older than 10 years, average tires greater than 6 or 7. If your car's a driver, get a new wheel and tire for a spare. You need a spare. Ask me why.

When my father purchased our 32 coupe in 1952 it had Allstate tires. I still have one as a spare and it has holded air for many years.

Is it a ford script, like this?, also, I would probably have a 41 dated rim if you wish.
