I'm hoping tonight will be much more calm!

This photo wasn't taken yesterday but its the same type aircraft I was flying, and is one of our fleet. Flying medical specimens around Washington state.

I think its cool that there are a bunch of plane nuts here too. Model A's and airplanes go together like ice cream and chocolate syrup.
My son is working on his private pilot's license and apprenticing with 5 very good pilot/A&P friends of mine to get his A&P, as well.
The neat thing is that he is 15 and knows what he wants to do, despite all this talk about worlds ending. For some, its only just begun. (Sorry for the potential spark of that Carpeneter's song you may now have streaming in your head that you can't stop hearing, hehe)

I was sick most of the day yesterday. Sort of felt like the end of the world at times. But... I'm still here.

After the apparent failure of the "END", the Mayan calendar was re-examined.
This is the corrected, true translation.

The end of the world is not ending ...just the U.S.A. as we know it... And don't say its not cutting into our hobby.

.. Good Man; I like where you are coming from + as Christians the Word says “we are not to be concerned with such things”; I surmise that is where the "Peace that passes all understanding" comes into application, which the Word speaks of.

I wonder if there will be a shopping rush as all the Mayan believers suddenly realize "Holy Smoke, there is still 3 shopping days until Christmas!"

My friend in this hobby is a commercial airline pilot, and owns a single engine airplane, and a '29 Model A Tudor. And, oh by the way, he is listed by MAFCA as president of the Alaskan As.
