Default Help ID rear window frame - pics - cabriolet?

Picked up a rear window frame in a trade deal with this old man, he said it came from a '30-'31 cabriolet rag top, but not a convertible, whatever that means.
His memory was a little fuzzy on that though (told you he was old)
Original paint (tan) and all the original screws, even has glass in it.
Excellent condition, no rust or corrosion that I can see anywhere.
Has "Stewart" in a diamond stamped on the frame.
6 screws on top/bottom. and three each side.
May want to trade it to someone who needs it, and might have something I need.
But first I have to know what it is, year and model it goes to.
Any input or guess will be welcomed.

If this is for a sport coupe I'd like to have first right of refusal?

Aftermarket? That's a shame but I'm not complaining. It's still a nice looking piece. Would you happen to know the model and year it goes to?

OK History, giving you first option.
PM me with an offer/trade and we'll see if we can work something out.
If you are still interested...

Hint:
I see one other frame on E-bay, way overpriced if you ask me.
The vendors also have them, again, way overpriced if you ask me.
