Default 427 Valve Covers

I have a pair of finned, cast alum. valve covers that have M/T in large letters on a machined surface near the middle, 427 HP at one end, and a Ford scr1pt oval at the other end of the right one. The left one has and oil filler tube at it's front. Can anyone tell me what Ford car these came on originally, or are they strictly after-market items ?? Thanks, Bill
