Default Terminology of "Fine Point Judging"...

Not to hijack the thread "a little clairification" by ford1...but just when did the terminology of the statement "Fine Point Judging" enter into the MARC/MAFCA judging of Model A/AA's? When was the judging of Model A/AA's first referd to that?

Thanks.

Pluck
