1935 1936 correct tailpipe to bumper distance
1936 Cabriolet correct restoration. Tailpipe sticks waaay out and obviously needs to be shortened. Everything else in the exhaust system fits well (that took quite a bit of work).
I searched and couldn't find this measurement. What's the correct length for the tailpipe, measured from the rear edge of the body or bumper? Or should the tailpipe be slightly shorter than the rear bumper and by how much? Thanks! Ken

Not sure of the measurement you seek, but the pickup tail pipe is 4" shorter than the passenger car. I need to perform a briss on mine.
