The logo pictured is not from a Hadees heater! They did have a logo which was a profile of the devils head.

To make a DC motor reverse rotation change voltage polarity on just the stator or just the rotor. Changing the polarity on both will result in no change of rotation. With the Ford original motor this was done through the switch.

I'm no expert on Hadees heaters, but I did restore one 6 or 7 years ago. Here are a couple other similar badges that say Hadees Heater on them.

The easiest way i found to make this work. I used the two wire motor from napa, a 1941 switch with heat and defrost. Switch is marked with color dots from memory black is 6v, red and green are wires from motor, yellow is ground. The switch will change direction of the two wire leads to the motor giving you defrost and heat. Has to be run on 6v because the wire resistor will not live long on 12v. Mike
