Default Lucas tires?

Has anyone tried this brand? I remember reading a few fellas felt firestone tires wore out quicker than goodyears so I'm curious if anybody had any thoughts on this brand. I was planning on getting goodyears but then I read firestones were a bit fatter and filled the well better. And after a few unexpected expenditures at a swap meet, I'm down to the $99 tires. I don't really like the look of the $99 universal tires and I thought these Lucas tires look pretty close to firestones so I'm thinking of getting those iffen there aren't too many objections about them.

I have bought four sets for four different cars 19" and 21". I really like the look and they are holding up great.

I got Lucas. No problems. Just get your tubes from Brattons.

Lester Tires is another option to look at. My Lesters (I have a set of both 19" and 21" tires) have lasted for over forty years and still look as new as the day I bought them.

I hope to get them out of their wrappers and onto the wheels before I die.
