Cool Fuel filler tube problem

I have a 1937 Humpback 4 door sedan with a new fuel tank from Tanks, INC. Problem is the tank and tube (not the threaded type) do not line up with the opening in the fender. Should I just convert to a push through type filler cap assembly and if so, what dimension to use for the fender, 32 degree or 45 degree curved? Or perhaps there is some flexible tube that will fit the existing filler tube? The rubber tube came with the tank is not flexible at all.
