1953 Merc poverty caps
Does anyone have a Mercury original poverty hubcap on their car or laying around that I could get you to measure? I have the original 15" steel rims that came on my car new.
I'm trying to get the INSIDE diameter measurement so I can order after market poverty caps if I can't find original Merc caps. I have heard it's 10-1/2" and I have also heard 10-1/8". I am looking for a real measurement off of a real hubcap. Some of the measuring methods posted online leave room for error. Thanks for your help. |

Roy,
It looks like 10-1/4" if I am seeing that correctly. Thanks for posting those pictures. |
