Default F2 front brakes single piston wheel cylinders

When replacing the single piston wheel cylinder on the early F2 bendix brakes, is it suitable to use the F1 wheel cylinder? I did it along time ago and forgot what i cross referenced as a replacement. I know you have to drill 1 hole to mount the 2 piston wheel cylinder
