Default CLINGS V-8 Adapter

Greetings everyone: Thought i would post a few pics of clings adapter in the mock up stage: The kit is first class with nice castings, mountings: Be sure to mock it up and check for bolt hole alignment, spacers needed etc: Do not tighten everything until you are sure that everything drops right into place: You don't want to break anything: I had to hog out one hole with a file on the top trans bracket and add a couple of spacers on the mount to the trans and the top mount to the shifter lid: See pic: Easy to do: I would highly recommend clings products: The trans is a 39 case with 42 gear set: Rebuild parts from Mac Van Pelt: Highly recommend his book and parts: Thanks, skip

Excellent pictures. And I am liking that trans stand. Might have to copy that if you don't mind.
