Default Coolant question

Hello guy's

Got the model A back on the road after couple of years working on her.

But I have seen that when I take the radiator cap of when engine is running that I do not see any movement in the coolant, even when keeping throttle.
Thought that I would see movement?
My water temp gauge isn't hooked up yet so I do not know if the coolant is flowing.

The radiator has been reviced 2 years ago and kept it in Bubblewrap untill couple of months ago.

Also I a running the vintage Precision thermostat.
