Default Canadian Aluminum heads

Guys picked up a set of Canadian 24 stud heads at swap meet. One is a C91A the other C99A. Any ideas what the difference is? Thanks fellas!

The C91A should be for a Ford 221 cu. in. engine and the C99A should be for a Mercury 239 cu. in. engine. The C99A is likely a lower compression (larger combustion chamber) head than the C91A.

Thanks for the info! I have not measured the transfer volume but during visual inspection they appear identical.
