Early Ford Employee Badges

I acquired a badge that has the following information on it. (Ford, mtr, co, atlanta and the employee name) Other post says this style was a tool tag. If it is a triangle tool tag then why does it not have a number on it. I believe it might be an early badge considering what it says.

Has anyone if ever seen one like this with the employees name on it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
