Default Roy Nacewicz

For those who fret about correct parts for your Ford, put Roy Nacewicz on speed dial. He has the knowledge, has the correct parts, and seems to really enjoy his business which makes this hobby more fun.

I just bought some Spark Plug nuts. As minor as it may seem, He had the absolute, correct nuts for my original plugs when every other source had the usual modern interpretation of an antique part. Over the years, I have bought various items and have built trust. While it is human nature to be disappointed with some part sources and say as much, there are reliable sources for some of our correct part needs.

A happy customer.

He's a scholar; he goes to the Ford archives and works from original drawings and specs.
I think most others make a ballpoint sketch of what they want on an old envelope and send it to the Chinese to implement...

Agreed. I'm amazed how much he is into his craft and always finding new products to bring to market.

One little item as an example: Correct shock dog bone rivets.

I only bought engine paint from him. We talked for almost an hour (all early ford related). Very informed individual and a pleasure to talk with, I learned a lot.

I'm sure we will do business again.

He is one solid, knowledgeable and all around top-notch dude! He helped me with a whole mess of fasteners that are just going onto my 32 Cab. Couldn't be a nicer guy in this business!

I always stop at his Hershey spaces to say hey, and chat about what he has that's new. He is never too busy to talk a bit. Always let him know how much he is appreciated as a top notch contributor to the hobby.

Are these the LARGE nuts for the 4 cylinder Champion x-spark plugs
They come with Small diameter Nuts, when actually they should be LARGE diameter Nuts

I can't say for Model T X plugs, but for Model A and '32 3X plugs they are correct (with minor variations in the Model A years) and also for late '32 through '34 fours.

Need some help. Tried to open Roy's EV8 PDF bolt catalog online. Clicked on everything on the page, and the only one that would open was the Model A one.
Anyone have any similar experience, or what I a doing wrong ?

Thank you Frank West. I clicked on the pickup on Roy's web site, on products and the catalog. Same results, nothing. That seems like a roundabout way to open a PDF file. Anyone having the same problem opening Roy's EV8 bolts catalog ?

I have purchased hundreds of Fasteners from Roy over the last few years to restore my 34 BB back to it's original state. If what you want is not in his "catalog" simply ask. He is more than willing to put a packet together of what you may need. I am guessing half of the four orders I have placed with him so far this year have been non catalog listed fasteners. His prices are very reasonable for what you get. I would much rather pay him a little more for what I need over imported stuff from the local hardware store any day!

I have his catalog saved on my desk top to make things easier for me.

To open his catalog from his web site " Fordscript.com" I clicked on the "link"

"Browse our catalog to view the full line of over 3000 products"

This link is under the paragraph which describes the catalog
which is under the pic of the Model A Truck

From there you simply pick which catalog you want to download
