Turlock swap meet
So we headed down to the swap meet yesterday, really looking more for 57 parts for my wagon. But I noticed there were a LOT more Model A/flat head parts this year. Fortunately, I don't really need anything for Barb yet until I do the resto on her. Am i missing something here or is parts availability going up?

Re: Turlock swap meet
I was not at Hershey
But hearsay was that the same thing happened there I think people are rethinking hoarding and come to reality. Aging a factor too?? I think I’m there …….. |

Re: Turlock swap meet
I was looking for some A and T parts but left empty handed, I had a good time though.

Re: Turlock swap meet
McMimmcs, There were over 200 Vendors and at least 10 buyers to every vendor and
maybe more. I bought some gears from Dan McEachern and family. I had a nice visit with Steve Serr and had a good look at his new cylinder head. I also had a visit with Terry Burtz, John Lampi and Bill and felt up the new block, crank and rods. Also had peek at the new camshaft. Dodge |

Re: Turlock swap meet
I had a couple valve covers that I could have used but were cracked so I tossed them. I only need one and not a single seller that I saw had a Model A valve cover. Several said they left them at home.

Re: Turlock swap meet
I saw the Riley set up and thought that would make my car go really fast. But I am sure the wife and the cops might not like it.
