Default oil dip stick

Does the 29 oil dipstick have a bushing around it I have some oil getting on the side of the engine and other parts on that side I though it might be coming out of the dipstick hole

No bushing that I am aware of. Check your oil fill / breather tube to make sure that it is clear and is not plugged. If it is clear I would think that it is possible that your rings might be getting bad and the blow by is causing oil to push out the dip stick and breather / fill tube.

Are you compressing the handle so that both sides go in the hole?
