Default adjustin valves

A easy way to adjust valves when you are rebuilding a model A engine. Is make a handle with extension on it, you can weld it to a old cam nut. It should stick out farther than the crank shaft. Then before you put the timing gears on ,use that to turn the cam to adjust the valves. With adjustable lifters it is easy and fast. You will not have to turn that stiff new rebuild.

here are a couple of pictures, not fancy but work good. The one on the left is for when the crank is out and one on the right is for when the crank is in.
