Default Have You Ever Seen.....

a 1936 Ford four door sedan with a rumble seat? I was reading my V-8 Times and saw the story of the four seat 1935-1936 Ford Cabriolet and it reminded me of a story that one of my air force buddies told me. He swears he owned as his first car a four door sedan with a rumble seat. He paid a whopping $25 for it in 1953. He grew up in Brockton, MA and attended school with Rocky Marciano’s brothers. He is a pretty straight shooter and swears this to be true. When I asked him about the spare tire he immediately said it was underneath the car. The trunk was a hump back but it opened up to a rumble seat with leather seats. It had a step on the bumper to enter the rumble seat. His sister got rid of all of his pictures when he was in the air force.

I just finished talking to him by phone to verify this and he stands by it. Have you ever seen one?
