This is a 25 gallon Lubester bulk oil dispenser used in gas stations and auto repair garages from the 1930's thru 1950's or 60's. The brand on this one is ROTHWEILER. I remember cranking a quart of oil out of one of these at the Ford Garage in the 50's.
The crank on this one turns freely but it will probably need new leathers to actually pump oil. This is one of the neat items to set beside your visible gas pump. It weighs about 50 pounds and I'm not sure what the shipping options would be. You can pick it up in NW Arkansas. Several listed online from $600 to $2,000.
