Question Not Model A - What is it??

When I picked up my Model A and was going through things in my grandfathers garage I came upon this...It looks very old but it doesn't appear to be Model T either. Does anybody have a guess?

Yes it is. The temp gauge for 29 was electrical and for 1930 it changed to mechanical, if you happen to come across thqt gauge also.
