Ads Popping-Up
.
Is it just my computer allowing ads to pop-up quite frequently when I click on a post? This has been occurring for about two weeks now here on FordBarn. And it does NOT happen every time I click on something. Happens roughly 1/3 of the time. Anyone else? Just one more thing to irritate this guy that stays spring-loaded to the peed-off position because of other people's dysfunctionality. Coop . |

Should not happen if you are logged in.

Re: Ads Popping-Up
Interesting; I have never had a pop-up ad on the Ford Barn when logged in. Maybe the pop-up blocker on your computer is turned off.

Re: Ads Popping-Up
I was having this problem when I must have bumped a button while using Google.
I have since taken to use Duck Duck Go. No harrassment with them

Re: Ads Popping-Up
Some time ago I had issues with ads suddenly showing up even though I had logged on. For some reason I was being kicked off without knowing it. When the ads would appear it meant that i was no longer logged on. When I logged on again the ads would disappear. I have no idea why this happened or why it stopped. I don't know if it was a browser issue - Firefox, of my laptop - HP, or just BFM since computers and I just barely tolerate each other.
