Part of it. You also need a shroud to go over it and a door for the firewall. Someone else can probably identify the make and details.

Even though it does not heat the manifold but the cabin.

That manifold is for a heater,called a waffle manifold. This heater on my car is for a stock manifold.It does heat the car once the car is warmed up but no defrosting on windows,after a while you can close the cover as much as needed but in very cold weather it is much better than nothing. You can see the heater on and off the car, the port into the cars interior, the inside block off cover and the inside adjustable heat deflector in these pictures I shot... ,
